How Nombox works: lists, items, categories, recipes and the calendar, and how to act well for the user.

The Nombox account this agent acts for: name, email and plan, plus this agent's own name.

The person's Nombox profile: username, display name and photo, with the link to their public creator page.

Searches the public recipes everyone can browse in Nombox's Discover tab, newest first (best match first when there is a query).

The tags people search for most in Discover, most searched first.

A creator's public profile and their public recipes (the page behind a username in Discover).

The tag chips the person keeps on their Recipes screen to filter their recipes, in order, and the tags they could add (tags on their own recipes and on public recipes they favorited).

Replaces the tag chips on the person's Recipes screen with this list, in this order (an empty list removes them all).

The meals planned in one week: seven days, each with its meals.

Puts recipes on a day of the calendar.

Moves a planned meal to another day.

Takes planned meals off the calendar, the meals of a shared calendar too (either person may remove the other's).

Nombox's free weekly meal-plan draft: a week of meals picked from the person's recipes, shown on their dashboard until they add it to the calendar.

Replaces the open draft's meals with the list you give, as removing or swapping a meal in the app does.

Puts all the meals the draft now shows on the person's calendar, as Add all does in the app; the draft is then done.

Hides the open draft, as Dismiss does in the app: it stays gone for the week and the dashboard goes back to its empty state.

Picks meals for the rest of a week from the person's recipes and favorites (public recipes fill in when they have few), following their saved preferences.

The prep-ahead tips Nombox kept for this week (what to chop, marinate or cook ahead for the meals planned from today to 7 days later), whether the calendar changed since they were made, and how many AI uses are spent.

The person's prep plan: a checkable to-do list of what to thaw, soak, marinate, chop or cook ahead for the meals planned from today to 6 days later, as Nombox's Today page shows it.

Home cook (quick: only the prep that makes cooking day faster) or Pro chef (best: also chef techniques that make the food better when started early).

Marks one prep task done (checked true) or not done (false), as ticking it on Today does.

What the Nombox dashboard shows: today's cooking and the meals of the coming week (today to 7 days later), each with its recipe's ingredients and steps, from the person's calendar and any calendar shared with them.
