30g(8) garlic
35g(2) green onion
45g(1) lemon grass
42gfish sauce
36gsoy sauce
36gwater
60gsugar
55ghoney
1tspblack pepper

Directions

Clean short rib and submerge in water for 30min to drain blood.

Drain water and let the meat sit another 15min to drip any excess water.
