Ingredients

250gsoy sauce
80gsugar
200gmirin
450gdashi

Directions

Make dashi by simmering kombu in water for 2-3 hours then add in bonito flakes. Discard kombu and bonito flakes afterwards.

Mix and heat everything in a pot to cook off the alcohol.

Notes

Delicious on almost anything. Make a batch, bottle up, and dip it on any meat or fish.
