Ingredients

10ghoney
120gcaster sugar
53gcorn syrup
4gbaking soda

Directions

Heat up everything except baking soda until foamy (320°F)

Turn off heat, add in baking soda and stir well really fast. Don't overstir since we want to preserve as much air pockets as possible.

Pour mixture into container lined with parchment paper, rest 1hr until mixture hardens.
