Egg Cake 雞蛋糕

Ingredients

2eggs
60gsugar
40gmilk
50gmelted butter
70gcake flour
3gbaking powder
2gsalt

Directions

Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pasty. Then add in milk and melted butter and stir.

Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) in a separate bowl.

Mix in dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Whisk egg white into foam. Fold foam into our mixture from step 3.

Toast in a waffle machine or shaped pan for a few minutes until browned.
