Ingredients

Scale recipe
240gheavy cream
120gmilk
28gcaster sugar
1vanilla bean
1.5sheetgelatin (230 bloom)
3servingsNote: 2

Directions

01

Soak gelatin in milk to bloom.

Mix everything else and heat for 10 minutes or so to release vanilla flavor.

Dissolve gelatin into the heated mixture.

04

Sieve to get rid of vanilla pods and skins.

05

Pour liquid into containers and chill overnight.
