Dover Sole Miso Soup 魚味噌汁

Ingredients

Scale recipe
—Dover sole
—Miso
—Kombu
—Dried bonito
—Dried mushroom
—Water

Directions

01

Make the dashi. Simmer kombu and dried mushroom for at least an hour.

Add in dried bonito and continue to simmer for 5min.

Add in miso. Simmer until miso’s well dissolved.

04

Poach sole until desired doneness.
