Ingredients

—Duck wings
—Shallot
—Garlic
—Ginger
—Cinnamon
—Star anise
—Five spice
—Sichuan pepper
—Rock sugar
—Soy paste
—Soy sauce
—Water
—Rice wine

Directions

01

Caramelize shallot then add in ginger and spices.

Add in duck wings and seasoning. Bring to a simmer and taste to adjust.

Braise for 2hr or until desired tenderness.
