Meatballs
Grind fish meat until pasty.
Mix in pork and rest of the ingredient.
Boil in simmering water until cooked shape’s formed.
Freeze until needed.
Soup
Simmer whole chicken in water for 12hr or overnight. Discard the chicken once broth is ready. Alternatively use store bought chicken broth.
Add in vegetables, broth seasoning, and meatballs into the broth. Bring broth up to a simmer.
Mix potato starch and water. Slowly add into the broth and whisk until broth becomes sticky.
Finish with cilantro, black vinegar, and white pepper to taste.
