Sauerkraut Fish Pot 酸菜魚肉鍋

Ingredients

Scale recipe
—Any fish
—Fermented mustard green
—Green onion
—Garlic
—Ginger
—Fish stock
—Vermicelli

Directions

01

Make a fish stock. Roast fish bones and head 375ºF for 1hr or until golden brown. Hard boil roasted fish bones for 2-4hr. Sieve out bones.

Add in green onion, garlic, ginger, fermented mustard green and simmer for 30min.

Add in glass noodle and fish filets.

Notes

A very simple and dumbed down version. A lot of flavor is drawn from the fish stock, but feel free to replace with chicken stock.
