Sear ground pork then add rice wine and cook out the alcohol.
Add in garlic, soy, sugar, and salt. Fried onion is optional here.
Add in chopped tomatoes and cook until softened. Add water as needed to let the sauce cook. Braise this for an hour and longer if you’re not in a hurry.
Cook noodles in boiling water, then transfer and mix with the meat sauce.
