Soak pork ribs in water for 30min, remove blood water, and pat dry.
Marinate pork ribs overnight.
Dredge marinated pork ribs in sweet potato starch, rest for at least 30min (helps dredge stick better to the meat).
Fry pork ribs in 375°F oil until golden brown.
Season fried pork ribs with spices and vinegar/lemon.
