Cook butter, heavy cream, and a small dash of soy sauce in a pan.

Cook udon halfway (2-3min), transfer over to cook in butter cream until thickened.

Turn off heat, add in mentaiko and mix.

Finish with furikake and an optional soft boiled egg.
