Heat up everything except baking soda until foamy (320°F).

Turn off heat, add in baking soda and stir well really fast. Don't overstir since we want to preserve as many air pockets as possible.

Pour mixture into container lined with parchment paper.

Rest 1 hour until mixture hardens.
