—Burdock roots

Slice and soak burdock roots in cold water for 15min then pat dry.

Stir fry burdock roots in oil a couple minutes until somewhat softened and dry.

Add in beef and stir fry to brown.

04

Add in the seasonings and stir fry.

05

Finish with sesame and sesame oil.
