Mix the marinade into the meat until fully absorbed.

Sauté the meat and cook it half way then set aside.

Fry negi until half cooked, then add in garlic and ginger.

Add the meat back and toss in the seasoning.

Finish with sichuan pepper.

I like negi in place of green onion if there’s good quality ones in the market. If you do use green onion, cook it after the garlic and ginger instead. You can substitute black pepper for sichuan pepper, but for me fresh sichuan pepper is irresistible. It’s a lot of ingredients, but the cooking process is very short. Just good old fast stir fry.
