Mix the marinade into the meat until fully absorbed.

Sauté the meat and cook it half way then set aside.

Fry onion then green onion (white parts), then add in garlic and ginger.

Add the meat back and toss in the seasoning.

Finish with sichuan pepper.

备注

The pictures in the directions don’t quite match up to what I wrote. Either case is fine, but it’s better to sear the meat first so that other ingredients don’t get in the way of caramelizing the meat. This just shows how flexible cooking can be :)
